Galaxy A34 5G passes FCC certification, hinting at imminent launch

There was a hype about the upcoming Galaxy phones these days. The fact is that the tech giant Samsung is not only busy with the launch of the highly anticipated Galaxy S23 series. However, it is also preparing the launch of the Galaxy A34 5G. We already know all the specifications of the A34, down to the processor, but we don’t know when it will be officially launched. Recently, the Galaxy A34, under model number SM-A346M, has successfully passed FCC certification, indicating that its launch is imminent.

Everything we know about the Galaxy A34 5G so far

Let me tell you that there were no supported leaks yet regarding the battery and charging capabilities of the smartphone. Thanks to the FCC listing, we have come to know that the Galaxy A34 can be fast charged at 25W. Reports claim that the charging tests also included a charger from the tech giant with model number EP-TA800. In addition, it comes with a type-C port and supports speeds of up to 25W. No doubt this feature will complement the capabilities of the Galaxy S34 itself.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor. It comes with a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Reports claim that the handset will come with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The smartphone has a triple camera setup consisting of:
○ 50MP head
○ 8 MP ultra-wide
○ 5MP Macro

It will also have a 13 MP selfie camera to take great selfies. A battery capacity of 5000 mAh will keep the lights on. It comes with Android 13 as standard. So that’s all about the Galaxy A34 we know so far. A release date has yet to be announced by the tech giant. The device probably won’t be revealed during the live stream of their Unpacked event, but you can still tune in just in case.
